The tKW Capital Story

From Success to Significance: A Legacy of Kingdom Impact

For years, I followed the path that society lays out: work harder, climb higher, make more money. Every day was about chasing the next promotion, earning a bigger paycheck, and striving for the world’s definition of success. But at some point, I stopped and asked myself a critical question:

What am I really building? What impact will I leave behind?

That question changed everything.

I realized that I was pursuing fleeting success instead of lasting significance. I had been focusing on my career, my achievements, my wealth—but not on the impact my life could have on others. The world tells us to make as much as possible, spend as much as possible, and work as hard as possible. But for what purpose?

Legacy is About Lives Changed, Not Titles Earned

I started redefining success through the lens of legacy. Jon Gordon says, “Life is short. What we leave behind matters.” John Maxwell puts it this way: “Legacy is not what you do, but what others do because of you.”

I didn’t want to build something that would fade away when I was gone—I wanted to build something that would impact lives for generations. I wanted my work, my finances, and my family to be aligned with a greater mission.

That mission became creating jobs and impacting lives through strategic, values-driven business ownership.

A Bold Vision: 1 Million Jobs in Three Generations

My journey led me to a bold vision: to create 1 million jobs in three generations.

Why jobs? Because a job is more than a paycheck. A job gives people dignity, opportunity, and a path to a better future. A strong business can lift entire families, strengthen communities, and prevent many of the struggles that people face today.

To align with this mission, our family redirected our giving to focus on organizations that create jobs. But we quickly realized that philanthropy alone wouldn’t be enough. To reach 1 million jobs, we needed to take action in how we invest, how we grow businesses, and how we instill these values in future generations.

The Birth of TKW Capital: A Kingdom-Driven Investment Firm

That’s why I created TKW Capital—to invest in businesses that create long-term impact through:

  • A Buy, Grow, and Hold Model Instead of buying companies to sell them for a quick profit, we acquire businesses to build them for the long term. We focus on sustainable job creation, employee well-being, and community impact.
  • Kingdom Stewardship We believe business is a tool for God’s work. We instill biblical principles into every company we acquire, ensuring leadership, culture, and operations are aligned with integrity, generosity, and long-term vision.
  • Economic Impact Through Job Creation Our success isn’t measured only in financial returns, but in lives changed. We invest in companies with the potential to expand, create more jobs, and provide stable employment for families.
  • Multi-Generational Thinking This isn’t just about what we do today—it’s about training and equipping the next generation to carry forward this mission. We are instilling values in our children, creating family traditions around impact, and preparing the next generation to lead with purpose.

Building Something That Lasts

Looking back, I see how easy it is to get caught in society’s definition of success. But real success isn’t about the money we make or the titles we earn—it’s about the lives we touch, the values we instill, and the opportunities we create for others.

I created TKW Capital to build businesses that do more than generate profits. I created it to create jobs, strengthen families, and impact communities for generations to come.

At TKW Capital, we’re not just investors. We’re stewards, builders, and legacy creators.

Life is short, but legacy endures—and the greatest impact I will ever make is not in what I achieve, but in what I leave behind for my children, my community, and the generations that follow.
