Acquired this healthcare business for $250,000 + equity in the new MSO entity to the Christian founder in December 2023. We identified clear opportunities to platform the whole business, remove key-man liability and improve sales and ops. In the first 6 months, we’ve raised the multiple values from 1x to 4x, immediately growing our investors investment by 400%. We will be doing quarterly disbursements to LPs by August 2024
